This is a BRAND NEW blower that is completely polished. It has the crank pully, serpentine belt, offset polished billet water neck (for front drive clearance). This complete set up was used only in my garage for cranking my 40 coupe. Originally I bought the blower because I wanted a VERY BAD 40 CPE. I have since come down to earth, and realize I want a normal street car, so I have no need for the blower. I paid almost $3,000 for the entire package, and it has never been out of my garage.
